This Greenbelt Review was prepared by SSR Planning in January 2009 on behalf of four councils:

Coventry City Council
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council
Rugby Borough Council
Warwick District Council

The objective was to assist in identifying greenbelt sites within the area for possible
re-allocation to land for housing within their respective Core Strategies.

Purpose to assess greenbelt land for development, especially in the North/ South corridor from
Nuneaton to Warwick/Leamington Spa.
