These documents have been prepared by the Pegusus Planning Group on behalf of landowners Queen's College Oxford, and developers Bluemark Developments Limited  & Cala Homes (Midlands) Limited as a Core Strategy submission. No planning permission has yet been applied for.

The amount of land used for housing in this plan exceeds that proposed in the Coventry City Council Core Strategy document for the Eco Village.
